Floor Plan Concepts: After a site survey and project brief, Core developed 3 floor plan concepts of the 10th floor of the Phoenix building located in Hartford, Connecticut overlooking the Connecticut River. In addition to building on the look and feel of the inspiration studies, these plan concepts needed to include:

- Reception / Hospitality Zone

- CEO’s office

- Conference Area

- Think Tank

- Admin Zone

- Collaboration Zone

- Production / Edit Area

- General offices
